Axial ERP Privacy Policy

Based on the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 “By which general provisions are issued for the protection of personal data” and Decree 1377 of 2013 “By which Law 1581 of 2012 is partially regulated” (and other rules that modify, add, supplement or develop them), Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S., adopts the present privacy and personal data protection policy, regarding the collection, storage, use, and administration of personal data received from users of the website, customers, and in general from any natural person who is the owner of the personal data subject to processing.
Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. may update this policy at any time, either for attention to legislative, regulatory or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, or for any other reason or circumstance, which will be informed and made known on time, by written document, publication on the website, verbal communication or by any other technology, for this reason it is recommended to the holder of personal data, review it regularly to ensure that you have read the most current version.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of Decree 1377 of 2013, the rights of the holders established in the Law, may be exercised by:

In accordance with the provisions of numeral 3 of Article 10 of Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. will proceed to publish a notice on its official website. https://axial-erp.com/ addressed to the holders of personal data in order to inform them about the present information treatment policy and the way to exercise their rights as holders of personal data stored in Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. databases.
6. Duties as Data Controller
Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. is directly in charge of the treatment and custody of the Personal Data collected and stored; however, it reserves the right to delegate such treatment to a third party, for which it will require the person in charge the attention and implementation of the policies and procedures suitable for the protection of personal data and the strict confidentiality of the same, under the provisions of Article 18 of Law 1581 of 2012.

The databases or files will not be provided to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the owner, or in the cases provided by law. The transfer and/or shared use of data of the users or clients of Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. with third parties, refers only and exclusively to the purposes corresponding to the sending of correspondence and communications of Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. Likewise, Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. has entered into confidentiality agreements with its clients to ensure the protection of the data.
8. Security Measures Adopted concerning the Processing of Personal Data.
In the development of the security principle established in Law 1581 of 2012, Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. will adopt the technical, human, and administrative measures necessary to provide security to the records avoiding their adulteration, loss, consultation, use, or unauthorized or fraudulent access. The personnel who process personal data will execute the established protocols to guarantee the security of the information.
9. Acceptance of these policies
The holder of the personal data declares that he/she has read and accepts the present Personal Data Processing Policy of Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. Taking into account that there is a recurrent relationship between the holders of the personal data and Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S., and that Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. will explicitly request from its users and customers, the authorizations to continue with the processing of personal data that it will collect, following the provisions of Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013; Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. will continue to use the stored data necessary to offer the services for the normal operation, as long as the Holder does not contact the Controller to request the deletion of their data in the legal terms, without prejudice to the power that the holder has to exercise at any time their rights and request the deletion of the data.
10. Validity of the Personal Data Treatment Policies
The present policy of treatment of personal data will be in force from the date of its publication and during the time that Axial ERP Soluciones S.A.S. carries out the activities of its corporate purpose.
